In order to provide comfort and third party governance, it is by choice that SGPMX headquartered itself at Le Freeport Singapore, which is governed by the onsite Singapore Customs Authority and the Singapore Police force.

To date, SGPMX remains the only bullion company to be licensed to operate within the highly secured and tax-free environment. The bullion industry in Singapore is also governed by the Ministry of Law, Singapore.

We do not publish internal audit reports publicly to preserve the confidentiality of all our client's holdings. All bullion in storage is 100% insured and is allocated / segregated to each customer.

All bullion is reported and audited realtime by the Singapore Customs Authority and physical checks are done on a regular basis.
