You may request to onboard your bullion via the dashboard or website.
Method 1: Request via dashboard
Step 1
On the menu, select the "Asset Transfer Service".
Step 2
Under "Bullion pick up from", select one of the options:
Self delivery
Third party storage facility
Residential/Office
Note: For "Self delivery", you can skip step 3.
Step 3
Fill up the location address.
Step 4
Key in the items to be transferred in.
Note: If there are insufficient rows, you can click on "+Add more bullion" to add more rows.
Step 5
Click "Submit".
Congratulations, your Asset Transfer Service (ATS) request has been submitted. We will contact you soon regarding the arrangements.
Method 2: Request via website
Step 1
At the website’s Contact Us page, click on ‘Other Services Contact Form’. Alternatively, you can go directly to https://www.sgpmx.com/contact/other-services/.
Step 2
Select “Asset Transfer”.
Step 3
Fill up the contact details.
Step 4
Fill up the bullion pick up address.
Step 5
Fill up the bullion details and select “I’m not a robot”.
Step 6
Then, click “Submit”.
