Step 1

Click on "Settings" on side menu.

Step 2

Under the "Change password" section, click on "Email OTP". This will send a One Time Password (OTP) to your email to verify your account.

Note: If you do not find it in your Inbox, check your Junk/Spam folder.

Tip: Mark emails from SGPMX as safe emails to make sure you do not miss updates or notifications from us.

Step 3

Fill in the OTP that you received in your email and create the new password.

Note: If you did not receive the OTP, click on "Cancel" and then click on "Email OTP" again to generate and send you a new OTP.

Then, click "Proceed".

Congratulations, you have successfully changed your password!

You will be automatically logged out and you can start using your new password.
