If you have an invoice pending payment, the alert section of the menu will show the "Pending Invoices" menu option. Follow the steps below to make the payment via cash balance.

Step 1

Click on "Pending Invoices" on the menu.

Step 2

Click on the "View" button.

Step 3

Review the details.

Note: If you would like to change the payment type to credit/debit card payment, kindly contact us at customerservice@sgpmx.com to change the payment type.

Then, click on the "Proceed to Confirmation Page" button.

Step 4

The confirmation details will appear.

Click the "Proceed" button to make payment.

Congratulations, you have successfully completed the payment!

The payment will be reflected in the Transaction History on your dashboard, and the amount will be updated in your Account Balance.
