This manual takes you through the reset password feature.

Step 1

Go to the login page and click "Reset password".

Step 2

Key in the email address used for your login, select the "I'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA, and click on "Request OTP via Email".

You will receive an email. If you do not find it in your Inbox, check your Junk/Spam folder.

Tip: Mark emails from SGPMX as safe emails to make sure you do not miss updates or notifications from us.

Step 3

Key in the One Time Password (OTP) shown in the email and create a new password.

Step 4

Click on "Proceed".

Congratulations, you have successfully reset your password!

You can now login using your new password.
