Step 1
Log in to the Retail Store at https://retailstore.sgpmx.com.
After logging in, you will see the Retail Store dashboard. Go to "PRODUCTS" and choose "Trading Platform Joining Fee".
Step 2
Click "ADD TO CART".
NOTE: Singapore Residents may choose to set Singapore Dollar as the default currency. Payment is via Direct Debit with eNETS only for this option.
Step 3
This is the Shopping Cart confirmation page.
Once you have checked your purchase choice, kindly click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
Step 4
Confirm your Billing Information.
NOTE: This billing information was provided during the REGISTRATION STAGE.
Click "CONTINUE".
Step 5
Confirm your Shipping Information.
NOTE:
This billing information was provided during the REGISTRATION STAGE.
Do not worry about the address because this TRADING ACTIVATION FEE does not require shipping.
Click "CONTINUE".
Step 6
Under Secured Storage, select “Not Applicable US$0.00” as storage is not applicable to the activation of your Trading Account.
Next, click “CONTINUE”.
Step 7
Choose the VISA or MASTERCARD payment option.
Then, click “CONTINUE”.
Step 8
Double-check your purchase invoice.
Then, click “PLACE ORDER”.
You will be directed to the Payment Gateway page to make the payment.
Step 9
Fill in all your CREDIT CARD details as per instructions.
Once COMPLETED, click “Pay now”.
You may be directed to a payment card verification through your card issuer.
What happens next?
After the verification, you will be redirected back to the SGPMX Retail Store. Your TRADING ACCOUNT is now activated.
