Step 1
If no bids are matched, you may cancel your Buy transaction.
To cancel, click on “02. Buy History” on the menu.

Step 2
Under the Active Bids section, you will see the list of Buy Orders. Click on the order you wish to cancel.

Step 3
Please verify the details of the Buy Request you wish to cancel.
When you are ready, click on the Cancel checkbox and then press “Submit”.

What happens next?
The cancellation will be reflected in the system, where the order will no longer be shown on the list of Active Bids.
