How do I buy from the Retail Store using my trading account fund balance?

Before you begin, you are required to pre-fund your trading account for the desired purchase or you may have the option to make payments via credit card.

This guide shows how you can buy from the Retail Store using your trading account fund balance.

Step 1

After logging in, you will see the Retail Store dashboard.

You can click directly on “PRODUCTS” to view all the products available, or hover your mouse over “PRODUCTS” to expand and click to view the preferred category.

Step 2

Choose your product. You can also browse products by category or price.

Step 3
Key in the quantity.
Then, click “ADD TO CART”.

Step 4
Once you have checked your purchase selection, click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

Step 5
Confirm your Billing Information.

NOTE: This billing information was provided during the REGISTRATION STAGE.

Click “CONTINUE”.

Step 6
Confirm your Shipping Information.

NOTE: This billing information was provided during the REGISTRATION STAGE.

Click “CONTINUE”.

Step 7
Click on the SECURED STORAGE button.
Then, click “CONTINUE”.

Step 8
Choose the SGPMX Trading Account payment option.

Then, click “CONTINUE”.

Step 9
Double-check your purchase invoice.

Before you proceed, make sure you have sufficient Trading Account fund balance to cover the Grand Total amount to ensure a smooth transaction.

Then, click “PLACE ORDER”.

You will be directed to the Trading Account confirmation page to make the payment.

Step 10
Click on "Confirm Payment" to proceed with the payment via Trading Account.

What happens next?
After the payment, you will be redirected back to the SGPMX Retail Store. Kindly check your email for additional documentations that we will send to you for record purposes.
