How do I register a Trust Account with SGPMX?

Before proceeding to verify your account, kindly prepare the scans / images of the following in the image formats jpg, png, gif, pdf (Max. 5MB) on the device you will be registering from:

  1. A scan of one of the following personal identification documents:
    – Passport – page where your image is shown in the document
    – Drivers license – front and back of document
    – National ID – front and back of document

  2. A selfie photo holding the selected personal identification document

    Note: In the photo, the details on the identification document has to be clear and legible. Both face and document should not be blocked.

  3. A scan of one of the following proof of address
    – National ID (if address is stated)
    – Utility bill
    – Bank statement

    Note: The proof of address should state your name and address, and statement date is not older than 3 months. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

  4. A scan of the following Trust documents (the document must show the applicant’s name and address):
    – Trust Certificate/Agreement (Certified True Copy)
    – Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill with Trust name and address, that are not older than 3 months)
    – Identification document of all the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), Trustee or Persons authorised to act in your Trust

TIP

Place the scanned images in an easily accessible section of your device so you can retrieve the file easily.

Please fill in all the details required on the registration form accurately. All fields with the asterisks (*) are mandatory. The following steps will guide you on how to complete the form by section.

Click on “REGISTER”

Step 3: Account Details

Fill out the fields accordingly. The Email used will function as your username. Create a password that has a minimum of 6 characters. You may click on the “Eye” icon to view the password you have keyed in.

TIP

A strong password would consist of both alphabets, numbers, and special characters.

Then, click "Next".

Step 4: Personal Details

Fill out the fields accordingly.

To upload the Personal Identification Documents and Selfie, you will need to click on “Choose file” and select the image. The image file size should not exceed 5MB.

Then, click "Next".

Step 5: Contact Details

Fill out the fields accordingly.

For the Proof of Address, you will need to click on “Choose file”, and select the scanned image of the Utility Bill or Bank Statement. The image file size should not exceed 5MB.

For the Mobile No. field, select the Country Code first, and then proceed to type in the contact number without the Country Code.

Then, click "Next".

Step 6: Second Person Details

To expand the fields for the second person, click on the arrow.

You may then proceed to fill in the details of the second person.

Then, click "Next".

Step 7: Trust Details

Fill in the Trust details. You can fill up accordingly in place of the following fields:

  • Company/Corporation Name
    – input the Trust name

  • Registration no.
    – input “not applicable”

  • Date of Incorporation/Registration
    – input date of establishment of the Trust

For Trust Account application, you will need to upload the following documents (the document must show the applicant’s name and address):

  • Trust Certificate/Agreement (Certified True Copy)

  • Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill with Trust name and address, that are not older than 3 months)

  • Identification document of all the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), Trustee or Persons authorised to act in your Trust

Then, click "Next".

Step 8: Declarations

Answer the Anti-Money Laundering questionnaire honestly by selecting. If you answered “YES” to any of the Declarations, kindly furnish the details regarding the proceedings.

Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the checkbox.

Then, click “SUBMIT” when you have completed the form.

Step 9

You will receive an activation email from SGPMX. Click on the CONFIRMATION link provided.

NOTE: If you do not receive the verification email in your INBOX, kindly check your JUNK EMAIL folder instead.

Once your account if VERIFIED, you can login to SGPMX.

TIP

If notices from SGPMX end up in your SPAM folder, kindly mark correspondences from us as “NOT SPAM/JUNK” so you will continue to receive important information and reminders from us.

Step 10

A final confirmation will be sent to your email. You can now login to SGPMX using the credentials you have registered with.
